The ingredients: It has 4 simple and sacred ingredients to mend the lips. It contains unrefined cocoa butter that has the natural aroma of a delectable chocolate, unrefined coconut oil, homestead beeswax from local apiarist and Ratanjot root (Alkanet root) that imparts it beautiful color to the balm.
Ratanjot root, known as a Physic nut in English and scientifically known as 'Alkanna tincoria', is an Ayurvedic plant found in North Indian hills and the Mediterranean region.
The Benefits: Ratanjot helps protect your skin due to its natural anti-inflammatory properties and provides a natural cooling effect by absorbing heat out of the skin. This helps to mend and soften cracked and chapped lips quickly and gently.
To Store: Store it in a nice, cool place. Keep away from space heaters or warm places. Because of the pure and unaltered nature of the ingredients used, the balm might melt when in contact with excessive heat. If that happens, pop it in a cooler spot like a refrigerator to harden it back up.
Earth Folk Love: The empty container can be composted or make sure to wipe out all the balm and recycle the container.
