The Ritual: This blend makes your heart sing and taste buds tickle. To find inspiration on a mundane day, to find greatness in the little things and amusement in great things, to get the blocked creativity flowing, infuse a tbsp. of this loose leaf tea in 8 oz. of hot water for 5-7 mins. Allow the feelings of gratefulness and joy take over you and let it all go and go with the flow. Sing, dance and rejoice to the tune of your own Heart Song. This tea is great for cardiovascular health.

The Benefits:

Hawthorn leaf and flowers - Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both animal and human studies suggest hawthorn increases coronary artery blood flow, improves circulation, and lowers blood pressure. It has also been used on the skin to treat boils and skin sores.

Rosehips - Rosehip tea may protect against cardiovascular including heart attack and blood clots. The anti-inflammatory properties of rosehip tea help to reduce inflammation in arteries and blood vessels to improve circulation. This helps to regulate blood pressure and decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Motherwort - It was considered a helpful diuretic and heart-strengthening herb, particularly to alleviate heart palpitations associated with anxiety attacks. Europeans used motherwort as a sedative as well.

Oat Straw - It is wonderful for women for it strengthens bones, soothes the nervous system, stabilizes blood sugar, relieves depression by nourishing your pancreas, liver and adrenals and keeps your teeth strong
